NEOM OXAGON
Oxagon is a floating industrial city under development in the southwest corner of NEOM. Strategically located on the coast of the Red Sea, through which 13% of the world's trade passes, the city includes an integrated port, a logistics center and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Oxagon is the most unique industrial city in the world is targeting to provide cooling requirements for the whole industrial facilities through sustainable district cooling services adopting the latest technology and to ensure the highest efficiency of power consumption.
Saudi Tabreed with partnership of Araner (EPC Specialized in district cooling services) successfully signed a DBO contract with NEOM Oxagon to build a district cooling plant with a capacity of 25,000 TR to serve the first phase of Oxagon project.
Saudi Tabreed will handle all the O&M activities for the district cooling plant after completion with duration of 2 years.
